TVTP mainly supplies commercial customers, including workshops, fleet operators, haulage businesses, transport businesses, repairers, agricultural businesses, construction operators and trade buyers.
Where you are buying as a business customer, you confirm that you are purchasing the goods wholly or mainly for business purposes.
Where you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Consumer rights for faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods still apply where relevant.
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, the website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes only.
Product descriptions, availability, images, specifications, colours, finishes, part compatibility and delivery information may vary and should be confirmed with us before ordering.
The website does not currently provide a live catalogue, stock-checking system or online ordering facility. Customers should contact TVTP directly to confirm part details, availability, pricing and delivery options.
Customers may contact us by website enquiry form, phone, email or WhatsApp.
To help us identify the correct part, you should provide as much information as possible, including where relevant:
We will use reasonable care and skill when helping identify parts. However, the customer remains responsible for checking th
Any quotation provided by TVTP is based on the information available at the time. Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for the period shown on the quote. If no period is stated, the quotation may be withdrawn or amended at any time before the order is accepted.
Quotations may be subject to stock availability, supplier pricing, delivery charges, exchange rates, manufacturer changes or other factors outside our control. A quotation does not guarantee that a part is available until the order has been confirmed and accepted by TVTP.
An order is only accepted when TVTP confirms acceptance of the order or begins processing the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been made, we will contact you and arrange a refund or alternative solution where appropriate.
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Prices may be shown excluding or including VAT depending on the customer type, quotation format or website context. Where VAT applies, it will be charged at the applicable rate.
Prices do not include delivery charges unless this is clearly stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quotation, invoice or account setup. We may require full payment before ordering, dispatching or releasing goods.
For approved trade account customers, payment terms will be agreed separately. If payment is not made by the due date, we may suspend further supply, cancel pending orders, charge interest where legally permitted, recover collection costs or withdraw trade credit.
Goods remain the property of TVTP until paid for in full.
Some parts may be held in stock, while others may need to be ordered from manufacturers, suppliers or specialist sources. Availability can change without notice.
Special-order, specially sourced, custom-manufactured, altered, painted, non-stock or made-to-order goods may be ordered specifically for the customer. These items are normally non-returnable unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Delivery times are estimates only unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed delivery service in writing. We will use reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times, but we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, manufacturers, weather, traffic, customs, incorrect delivery details or events outside our control.
Delivery charges will be confirmed before or at the time of order. Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the delivery address, collected by the customer, or handed to a carrier arranged by the customer.
Where goods are collected, the customer should inspect the goods at the point of collection. Once goods are collected, the customer is responsible for safe transport, loading, handling and storage.
Customers must inspect deliveries as soon as they arrive. Any visible damage, packaging punctures, missing items, shortages or delivery discrepancies should be reported to TVTP within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, visible external damage should be noted on the carrier paperwork before signing. Customers should keep all packaging and provide clear photos of the damaged packaging, delivery label, damaged part, and any missing or incorrect items. Failure to report damage or shortages promptly may affect our ability to investigate the issue or make a carrier claim.
Standard commercial returns must usually be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Goods must be unused, uninstalled, unfitted, complete, clean, and in their original packaging to be eligible. A 15% restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless due to a confirmed TVTP error.
Electrical parts, special orders, custom/painted panels, opened fluids, and goods damaged or modified after delivery are non-returnable unless faulty.
Standard parts carry a 12-month limited warranty from the invoice date, subject to correct use. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, misuse, labour costs, vehicle downtime, or consequential losses.
The customer is responsible for checking goods carefully before fitting, painting, modifying or using them. Once a part has been fitted or tested, return rights may be limited.
TVTP will not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. However, TVTP is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, vehicle downtime, labour costs, recovery costs, or delays caused by suppliers.
For business customers, TVTP’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim, unless a higher limit is required by law.
Force Majeure: TVTP will not be liable for delay or failure to perform where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Website Use & Intellectual Property: You may use our website for lawful purposes only. All website content belongs to TVTP or its licensors. You must not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to consumers.
Changes to terms: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will usually apply.
